United Piping Inc. was awarded contracts by BP Pipelines for the following: 1) pipe inspection on an undisclosed length of 2-in. pipeline in Tippecanoe County, Indiana; 2) pipe inspection on an undisclosed length of 2-in. pipeline in Washtenaw County, Michigan; 3) pipe pull and replacement on 300 ft of 20-in. pipeline in Chariton County, Missouri; and 4) line lowering of 400 ft of 8-in. pipeline in Dubuque County, Iowa. Headquarters for each project is on the jobsite. The superintendent for all four projects is Jim Bailer. Approximate start dates: 1) Sept. 6, 2) Sept. 12, 3) Sept. 5 and 4) Sept. 4. Northern Clearing Inc. was awarded a contract by Precision Pipeline LLC to clear approximately 27 miles of 42-in. pipeline right-of-way in Montgomery, Roanoke and Franklin counties, Virginia. Headquarters is unknown. The superintendent is Duanne Kmieciak. Approximate start date: Sept. 10. Tom Allen Construction Co. was awarded a contract by Weeks Marine Inc. to install approximately 2,846 ft of 8-in. HDPE pipeline in Newcastle County, Delaware. Headquarters is Rosebush, Michigan. The superintendent is Stanley West. Approximate start date: Sept. 10. United Piping Inc. was awarded a contract by Enbridge for restoration work on an unknown length of 30-in. pipeline in Mackinac and Bay counties, Michigan and integrity digs on a 16-in. pipeline in Monroe County, Michigan. Headquarters is on the jobsite. The superintendent is Joel Bailer. Approximate start date: Sept. 10. Northern Clearing Inc. was awarded a contract by Precision Pipeline LLC for clearing on approximately 4 miles of 8-, 12- and 16-in. pipeline right-of- way in Beaver and Butler counties, Pennsylvania.
